System integration services that connect the work

Bring the information your staff need into the workflow where they use it. We build API and system integrations for accounting, orders, billing, payments and fulfillment, connecting established tools around the way your business operates.

Make the handoff between systems work

An order, payment or inventory update often belongs in more than one place. Our system integration work joins those records to the people and processes that depend on them, with a clear purpose for each connection.

01

Accounting, billing and financial reporting

Our healthcare reporting work connects EHR and billing information with financial analysis. It includes Tebra API access, QuickBooks account access through its API and Excel access through Microsoft Graph, each supporting a defined reporting task.

We also built QuickBooks-compatible exports in a specialty distribution system. An API connection and a compatible export solve different jobs, so discovery establishes which path the workflow needs. For the owner, the result is a more connected view of billing, operational records and accounting information, with each source retaining its role.

02

Payments tied to the business record

We have implemented USAePay payment integration and built a pooled-trust portal that connects approved bills to Bill.com payments. The trust workflow records approval or disapproval reasons alongside the account and bill information staff use to make a decision.

A payment integration needs to fit that surrounding work: the order, balance, approval and resulting record. Our USAePay integration article shows the payment-side implementation. During discovery we identify where the payment belongs in your process and which system owns the resulting status.

03

Inventory, shipping and device data

For a wholesale distributor, we built an import of inventory snapshots from a third-party warehouse management system. That gives staff a view of externally held stock alongside purchasing, receiving and sales in their own portal.

Our other integration work includes shipping-provider rates and labels through EasyPost, plus machine data feeding a vending-fleet portal. These connections serve different operational needs: choosing a shipping option, preparing fulfillment or reviewing machine activity. We define the timing, identifiers and expected information for each handoff so it fits the job staff are doing.

04

Email and Shopify application connections

We built email-integrated order management that brings customer messages and replies into an order workflow. Staff can follow the conversation alongside assignments, work stages and the information needed for billing.

Our Shopify app work includes authenticated store connections, token handling and webhooks. That is a separate integration pattern with its own installation and event lifecycle. Whether the source is an inbox, a store or an operational API, the build follows the connection's actual responsibilities and the business record it supports.

Map the data flow. Build the useful connection.

Delivery is Canadian-led, with our senior developers in Europe building Laravel/PHP integrations. We begin with paid discovery, then deliver phased connections around the systems you already use.

  1. 01

    Define the handoff

We follow one piece of information from its source to the person who needs it. Discovery reviews the available APIs, exports, identifiers and existing manual steps.

Together we name the system of record, the required access and what should happen when information is missing or arrives late. That becomes the scope for the first connection and its review criteria.

  2. 02

    Build a focused first phase

The initial build connects a bounded workflow, such as an inventory import or a billing-data feed. We check representative records against the source and review how the result appears in the destination.

Read access is the starting point for discovery; writes are scoped to agreed actions with least-privilege access. Human approvals stay in consequential payment and order decisions.

  3. 03

    Extend across the operation

Once the first connection is working in context, later phases can add another source or downstream step. We review the effect on staff, reporting and the systems that already use the record.

This keeps expansion tied to operational value. The owner can decide which handoff to address next while the existing applications remain responsible for their own records.

These examples connect messages, warehouse inventory, billing information, payments and machine data to operational workflows. Each case study explains the surrounding system and the role of its integrations.

Questions about API and system integration

Can you connect software we already use?

We start by checking the system's APIs, exports and available access. Many projects can connect an established application to another workflow without replacing it. Discovery identifies the practical route and the information each system needs to exchange.

Do you build QuickBooks integrations?

Our work includes QuickBooks API account access for financial reporting and QuickBooks-compatible exports for distribution workflows. We review the accounting task first, then choose the appropriate connection. That distinguishes a reporting feed, an export and a transactional integration from the outset.

What if an application has no usable API?

An export or scheduled import may provide a practical connection. Our warehouse and reporting work includes importing information from outside systems. We assess the available files, their timing and the identifiers they contain before defining how the destination should use them.

Can integrations include several providers?

Yes. Our business systems bring together several outside services, with each connection serving a defined operational purpose. We map ownership and dependencies before building, then introduce the connections in phases so staff can review how each one affects the workflow.

What should we bring to discovery?

Bring a description of the repeated handoff, a sample record and the names of the software involved. A recent example of a missed update or manual reconciliation is useful too. We use that material to define the first connection and a reviewable build scope.

Connect the handoff that slows your team down.

Tell us what gets copied, imported or chased between systems. We will help map the source, destination and next action, then define a focused first integration.
